Is responsible for overseeing non-aeronautical revenues generated through the Miami International Airport (MIA) Concession Program. The Section’s mission is to deliver and strive for superior airport concessions and services to the traveling public at MIA as well as excellent customer service to all Airport stakeholders.

The intent of this Tenant Handbook is for first responders, MDAD Security and Maintenance personnel to able to contact Concessionaires in the event of an emergency (typically after hours). It is the responsibility of the Concessionaire to ensure that their assigned emergency contacts are up to date to ensure that we can communicate in case of an emergency.
